Overall we enjoyed the trip

The tour guides were excellent, and we especially appreciated the ones who spoke impeccable English. The one whose accent was thick was difficult to understand, and it took a lot of energy to get what she was relating about the history. We also would have appreciated knowing how to deal with the train station in Lisbon. No information was available except by standing in a long line at the ticket office. Also, we expected first class to provide amenities and have food and drink for purchase, and there was none. Overall we enjoyed the trip and will make more specific recommendations when we speak with someone in person.
