Our vacation in Spain was overall exceptional. The hotels chosen by Firebird were all lovely and in excellent locations. 3 of our guides score 5s, 1was a 4, and one a 3+/4. All outstanding. Our drivers were on time and got us where we needed to be in timely and safe drives.

Everything was perfect. The hotel, tour guides and travel were all great. The itinerary that you put together allowed us to see everything that we wanted to see and still have some time on our own to explore the city. We will definitely use Firebird moving forward.

Fantastic. Could not have asked for more. Worked well with tour coordinators to get the trip we desired. Beautiful sights, all drivers provided timely travel, great knowledge from all guides. Wonderful locations for supporting hotels.

The tour guides were excellent, and we especially appreciated the ones who spoke impeccable English. The one whose accent was thick was difficult to understand, and it took a lot of energy to get what she was relating about the history. We also would have appreciated knowing how to deal with the train station in Lisbon. No information was available except by standing in a long line at the ticket office. Also, we expected first class to provide amenities and have food and drink for purchase, and there was none.

Overall, we had a great trip to Paris, Nice, Cannes, Avignon, Marseille. In 10 days, we can say we visited Most of the beautiful place in France. Firebirds agency was awesome. Everything was well planned. Choosing them was the best decision that my husband did. Beautiful hotels, great and healthy breakfast, drivers and guides were always on time, very flexible, courteous and knowledgeable. It was the best fantastic trip of my life. Firebirds made Paris more beautiful than I thought. We definitely will choose Firebirds again for our next trips.

We had a great time. We should have had more time to explore Toledo we be our only advice nor a better experience. Also, probably what we have learned is to not to carry much cash and hide your ID in side your socks or bra. It would be nice to over stress those points for a 1st time travelers.

The trip to Barcelona and Madrid was spectacular. The hotels were perfect; the walking tours were very informative. Each one of the guides was very knowledgeable and provided just the right amount of history to keep the attention of everyone in our small group (7); we were all engaged. There were 3 of us who speak fluent Spanish and the tour guides were able to easily switch back and forth between both Spanish and English. For my introduction to Spain, this tour was perfect. Now I know what I want to see next time and will be able to be more selective.

The guides were all top-of-the-line. I loved their history & it showed. I did not have a favorite, as they were all excellent.

Really wonderful opportunity to best utilize the small amount of time we had to discover portugal. We would never have known to explore some of the areas we were exposed to, and if we had, logistically, we would not have been able to arrange to see so many of them between trying to line up transportation and not having an understanding of how long it takes to get to or properly see x, y or z. We feel like we crammed 3 trips into one!

We had a great time on our Ireland trip. The guides, drivers, and hotels were excellent, and we really enjoyed all of our tours. It was a wonderful trip, especially on such short notice. Thanks Anastasia & Firebird Tours! Our daughter got engaged on one of the scenic stops on our tour of the Ring of Kerry. It was very special! We really enjoyed Jack, our guide, on our tour of Cork & Cobh. He was great. Our driver David for the Blarney Castle & Cliffs of Mother day was also outstanding. Great trip!
