Couldn’t have asked for better actual service. The drivers and guides were not only always punctual, but also amazing in their friendliness, approachability, and knowledge of the assigned area(s). We felt safely embraced and ensconced in the culture at each and every venue. It felt as if a friend who lived in the area was leading us and teaching us about the unique history and customs. Each time it ended up feeling like an intimate view of the site, city, restaurant, mountain, drive or view that we were experiencing. We had a lovely group who all got along well and did a good job of getting to know one another, so all was well. In the end, my travel party was very pleased and would certainly book through Firebird Tours again! The expertise of our handlers was outstanding! Thank you to all in Sicily from April 28-May 4, 2018 for an outstanding visit!!
