What To Know
- It's difficult to predict the Danish climate, so make sure to pack clothes for all weather conditions. The tour program includes some walking tours, we recommend you to pack comfortable shoes. Don't forget to pack an umbrella and a water-resistant jacket as well.
- You can use your bank card to pay almost anywhere in Europe. Denmark has its own currency - Danish Krone, which now equals to 15 dollar cents.
- If you need some local cash, it is best to use an ATM. This is true for all European countries, except for Hungary. When you withdraw cash from an ATM, the currency conversion will be done automatically by your bank, and the exchange rate will usually be much better than if you exchange currency at a local bank.
